i picked up a pair of agx 8 way adjustables and i put them on. i have skunk 2 coilovers. i do mostly drag. so for me its a straight line. i bought these off a guy that owned a performance shop so 75.00 for all 4 new is great. but no instructions. anyone ever use these, what would i want to have the settings at for track use. is 1 softest and 8 hardest or opposite. thanks

 

front 1 softest, 4 hardest
rear 1 softest, 8 hardest

i use 2 in front and 4 in back for street driving, cant help you with the track.
i dont think its gonna make big diff any way you set it, you dont take corners or bumps on the track anyway.
