Surging idle up and down up and down I know this is a common thing with Honda's I've heard it a thousand times... What sensor do we think? Throttle position? Idle air? I just wanna fix it and be done

if its durin warm-up, fitv (fast idle thermo valve), if after warm-up iacv (idle air control valve. Clean them or replace if need be.
