Default Stripped header bolts, Need advice

Hi guys, one of the threads in the head (where the header bolts to) is stripped. I searched and found that I can either Helicoil it or use timeserts.

The timeserts are like $320 bucks for the kit, and im not sure how much the helicoils are, has anyone ever used one of these for this purpose?

My main concern is that I use the helicoil and everytime I take the bolt out the threads will mess up even more and eventually the helicoil wont hold anymore.

The header isnt making noise or anything, but I want it fixed, not really sure which route to go.

if they're just studs you should be able to unscrew the stud from the block and put a new one in
