and what exactly do i have to have when i buy the swap to make sure when i get it i can go ahead and start working on putting it in without comming across a missing part ....
also about the jdm b16a motor .. since they came in the 88-91 ef hatch in japan ... would it be the easiest to swap into my car or what....

i think the gsr will be better b16's tend to be torqueless. you need the complete motor a cable tranny mounts linkage ecu da integra axles, throttle cable, and hoses. all b series motors are the same to swap in a b16 will be no harder then a gsr. if you get the gsr your gona want to make it obd1 so youll also need the conversion harness. and if your car is a dx you need to rewire it to mpfi. just read the faq sticky about swaps. its easy stuff though.

It is really your car and your choice. Either way dropping a B-series in a 88-91 car requires the same amount of work.

depends on budget and what you ultimately want. I would go with the b18c, but that's just my opinion. Do some reading, and find out what is better for you, and make sure it's what you want. Here's some reading to get you started:

I bought my motor from HMO. They offer Hasport products for cheap, so I bought the Hasport mount kit, shift linkage, and axles from them. It's not a bad idea to perform some preventative maintenance as well, which includes getting a new water pump, oil pump, gaskets, hoses, and such...search preventive maintenance... You can get OEM parts online from Majestic Honda. There are others as well...listed in the FAQ. You should really read that...

dropping the motor would be like any other b-series swap. Still have to make some dents. If your using a hydro tranny, you'll have to get the a hydro to cable conversion kit. if you get a b16a OBD0, wiring would be easier since your car is already OBD0. If you get a b18c, its a OBD1/2 motor, so you'll either have to convert your motor to OBD0, or your car to OBD1. Most people just go OBD1 all the way.
