I haven't took any picture of this rust I'm talking about, but it has a rust hole, which is pretty small and was wondering what could i do about it? It's not on the body panels, those are still in a good condition, but it in the wheel well at the end where it meet the rocker panel area. I will try to take some pictures of it after it going to be stored in a nice storage building. Gonna be a project car! It's a 91 civic si if that matters.

cut and weld it, do the hardwork now or you'll just risking for a come back later down the line
