Default b18c type r swap question...

Want to do a b18c type r swap into 2000 ls. Am i going to run into problems with the 36mm axels and 32mm hubs? The JDM version of b18 comes w/ 36mm axels? and i got 32 mm hubs on US version. Will i have problems? Do i need to do a 5 lug conversion to make this work?

you could just use your 32 mm axles for the swap

Then would i need to do a complete change over or just, motor, tranny, ecu? 4900 or complete change over and 4300 for motor, tranny ecu

you will need the motor, tranny, ecu, and someone to wire the vtec. not sure how long those ls axels will hold up though.

one question: why not just build an ls/vtec and forget about all the swap problems.

ehh idk just want the performance and reliability that b18 type r delivers. I mine as well get the complete change over since ls axels arent very strong....
