when its WOT the motor shuts down???? HELP!!!
i searched last night for some info, found similar topics, but alot of them didnt have the solution once it was fixed..
at 1/2 or 3/4 throttle, the motor is fine. drives fine, hits vtec, no problems
motor is a 95 gsr-completely stock
once its at WOT, no matter what RPM it shuts down- doesnt shut off, doesnt gain/lose power, totally shuts down and does nothing..
i changed my head gasket and put a new throttle body on, and since then its been doing this..
***********IM NOT THROWING ANY CEL'S**********
this is what ive done so far to try and correct it:
changed spark plugs
changed spark plug wires
changed dizzy rotor
checked timing 4 different times
ive checked my vacuum lines, dont see anything wrong or not hooked up
please help.. anything you can think of

check the TPS sensor and maybe the wires. A couple of dyno sessions i had the car shut off on WOT and it was because the TPS wires were flipped around.

wouldnt i throw a CEL if it was the TPS? ill check regardless, but shouldnt it throw a code?
