I noticed that one of my mounts is gone because the motor jumps excessively when loaded..

I really dont have a lot of time to search..

I autocross my car a lot but at the same time i dont wanna to vibrate really bad..

Is there a compromise between some good mounts that dont vibrate a lot?

How much? And what are inserts???
