help crx rear seat

Default help crx rear seat

i am installing a rear seat in my newly purchased 90 crx dx. i found this one but it says it is missing two brackets that make it able to fold up and down. the two pictured are the ones that need to be welded in right??? thank you

without the two smaller mounts, will the seat still go in or will it flop around everywhere??

The two pictured? I don't see those...
There are two brackets that need to be either welded in or bolted in. I bolted mine in. You just need to drill holes.

if u click on the link and scroll down, there are two brackets in the picture with the belts. them are the ones that need to be welded in right?? and with the other two missing will the seat still stay up or will it jus fall down all the time.

The ones with the seatbelts are the ones for the seatbelts....
They have nothing to do with the seats staying up / down. Those do need to be welded / bolted / screwed in.
There are also brackets that go on the back corners of the top part of the seat. There are two pieces there. I am busy working on my transmission now. I'll try to post or send you pictures.

a little off topic, but has anyone tried to fit a non-honda seat in the back of a crx?? i was thinking something like a boat seat, racing seats, or custom??
