I can't decide about the red side skirts and black lip. Should I put the black side skirts back on? Should I paint the lip red? I really like the look of the red side skirts. I like the lip black because it wont get scratched. The half n half look is growing on me though.

i would paint the lip...IMO.

 

paint the lip red. paint the side moldings red too. all red or half red half black...don't paint the skirts and leave the lip. that flat black lip on the blue civic looks...um...tacky.

 

get the side skirts black. paint the mouldings and door handles red. it flows much better.

 

the stock look is ******* gay, paint the lips, or get a real lip/body kit

I would say black sideskirts, since the lip and side moldings are already black, I think it would flow better if the sideskirts were black, as well.

hey car looks nice bro...i have a milano red 98 coupe with the same lip...im painting my moldings, handles, licence box all red...im leaving my lip and sides black..i also wanna rear lip soon so itll be black too..like a nice little black strip around the bottom...ill post pics soon...car looks nice..keep it up..its like my ride ut a hatch..

to be honest, if you keep the lip black... i would put back on the stock skirts and paint the moldings. heres a pic of mine and i personally am not feeling my black lip and skirts. it will soon be painted silver.

 

black is cool...but its all a personal preference. But both ways..some will hate and some will love it...i personally the Black lip, black skirts and black molding. But that's just me.
