Default Energy Suspension Rocks!!!

i just put on my Energy Suspension shifter bushings today and i am super happy, nice crisp clean shifts with my short shifter. AAA+++

kool i was thinking about replacing mine with those. i think im gonna now. how hard were they to install? u think i could do it at home with a jack and some stands?

Did you have a hard time putting in the bushings closest to the tranny? Friend of mine had some, and we went to put them in, and the 2 bushings( "O" shaped) would not fit into the "D" shaped bracket bolted to the trans, they were a little too big.

the bushings by the tranny you just have to put some pressure on it to push it back up, then you can take a punch and line up the hole and the bolt should be able to find its way in. make shur you grease em up tho, with the grease the kit comes with. i did the whole thing with a floor jack, 12mm socket, 12mm cresent.

I did mine when I was doin my swap, so I alreasy had the shift linkage down/out and i put some grease on the one that goes on the tranny and just stood on it and it popped right in....

Yeah, I put mine in with a short shifter - they're very nice.

Though now the head on my exchange linkage is bent so I can't "feel" how tight they are

I gots to put mine in one of these days. They came with their suspension bushings, which are great too.
