Default Need help with sleeve overs

When installing sleeve overs and shocks, how do you stop the spring from moving all over the place? Especially in the rear, when the wheel is off and its on the jack to adjust
the height, the spring is loose and moves side to side really bad.....is this bad?

How can I have it stay secure while lowering the car back down?
How to have it secure in the OEM tophat in the rear?
