Default HFP 17" Wheels on a EX Coupe

Im considering a set of Carbon-bronze finish HFP wheels for my EX Coupe that is Royal Blue Pearl. I found a set new for 155.00 plus shipping of course in a 45 Offset.

What do you all in the great honda-tech world think this would look like?

Also I will take any exhaust suggestions you may have too!

Thanks in advance!

155.00$ each wheel right? and not for a set? if so thats a damn good price.

i personally am not a fan of the HFP wheels.

with a nice drop, i think your car/color would look nice with some white regamaster wheels. or white rota slips if you wanna go the cheap way.

i LOVE how the GReddy Ti-C looks. thats what im getting

it'd look awesome ! at least I like it myself... I'd prefer if they were silver but they don't look bad...

oh and they did the 07 EX in Royal Blue Pearl in the States ? cool... I'm sure I remember seeing seeing that color disappear from the EX options on the Canadian website... unless I'm mistaken with the 08

OK, I have decided to go with the 17" HFP's and Kumho Ecsta tires! I really wanted to get the 18's but the tires are just to expensive! Oh well, I think the ride will be good to on 17" anyway. Input from the group? Hmmm?

I think 17" is just right, not too big not too small. I prefer 17" over 18" even if they are the same price.

If you ask about ride comfort, it sucks a-- just like the 16" maybe my is even worse with HFP suspension. But I'm almost giving up the fact that I can't do nothing to improve the ride comfort with the civic. It just sucks in terms of handling road imperfections. When it's on a flat road, everything is fine, but even a little bit of bump will make me go "wow I wonder I just broke something underneath the car? hmmm"

Either way, I like my 17". 18" is definately too big for my taste, and might even make my road comfort even worse.

double post, how did that happen? sorry

yeah, I'd take the 17" over the 18" any day. The 18" seem a bit too big to me. In terms of ride comfort, well I can't complain myself, or maybe I simply got used to it, since up here just about anything ends up being an interesting ride with our horrible road conditions, especially in spring

Well all, I just ordered a set of Bronze Flat 17" Tenzo DC-5 Version 1's with Nexen N5000 215/45/17 all season tires. The tires Im sure arent the best, but to start out with through the winter they will do! Can't wait for them to come in!
Also since my car is lowered on Tein springs, I ordered a rear camber kit to get things in line! Whooah!

Oh, 968.00 for the set! Aint too bad!

Well, ordered wheels and tires today, however the place I ordered from said the bronze wheels were tied up in customs for at least two weeks! Had to go with the gunmetal, but I think it will go ok with my Royal Blue Pearl just fine! I will post pics after I get them in and install them!

Well, forget the Tenzo wheels and tires! Today I just found out that the wheels were sent from one warehouse to another warehouse instead of to me! So I told them to forget it, cancelled the order and will go elsewhere and hope I get a great price as I did before. I cant stand it when the order isnt right! Such a simple thing!
