This intake is off of my 98 Accord EX 4 cly. It is in perfect shape and it includes the coupler for the throttle body and the two clamps for that and a clamp to tighten the air filter to the intake arm. The filter probably has about 10k miles on it. I washed it out and it just needs to be oiled before use.
