choosing a new tire ?
hey all, ive been tracking hpde for a 2 years now been using falken ziex 205/60/14 i am looking for an upgrade and looked at the azenis but notice they only have 195/60/14, so my question is there other companys that has the same performance as azenis but has the tire size of 205/60/14 thanks

They will be much, MUCH better than your Ziex in 205. Or the ES100, too. Remember, differences between models of tires almost always make a lot bigger difference in performance than differences in treadwidth. Here, you're talking about a tiny difference in treadwidth, and you're also comparing a crappy all-season tire (and, in the case of the ES100, a decent "bang for the buck" summer tire) to a supersticky tire that's a cross between a summer tire and a track tire. Get the RT-615 in 195/60-14.
And remember, tires wear out soon enough, and even sooner with the Azenis, so you'll have another chance to replace them again in the not-too-distant future. Once you've used those up, if that's not enough performance for you, the next step is R compounds.

thanks for the feedback guys... I just ordered the 195/60/14 azenis. go with that for now until i find a decent 15" rim .. these tires will only see track no daily driving, o yeah is there a special way to break the azenis in ? thanks

don't forget also that the Azenis tend to run wider than their stated size,so they may as wide or even wider than your current 205s.either way, you'll have MUCH more grip than with the old tires.
i've never done anything special to the Azenis before using them.
