im pretty sure if u have any problems they dont really link it to the owner its link to the car. you could try calling a honda dealer and finding out they would know for sure i would hope

no you do not...the only time you have to do something is when an extended warranty if involved. There is nothing to do for the factory warranty, its automatic.

Honda Care is an extended warranty, it's not the same thing. You'll have to get that transferred to your name.
