when to replace timing belt?

when to replace timing belt?

I have a 97 accord with around 145k miles.. The previous owner changed the timing belt around 75k miles. Do I need to replace it now? along with the water hose and what else???

when was that?

the newer belts are spected for 105K miles and the old are spec'd for 90K miles

or 7 years

i think its been around 5 year or so... how do i know if i have to replace it if I dont know? Is there a way I can check before taking it to a shop?
