Default Vogtland Springs for 2001 Civic

About to buy some KYB GR-2 shocks with Vogtland High Performance Springs w/ 1.5in drop... for about $430 total.
1.) is it a good deal?
2.) Would this combo be decent setup for a DD on my EM2?
3.) Anyone heard or have actual experience with Vogtland springs, I searched and had 1 result in this section....not too much on it....anyone with links to reviews and such i would appreciate it much!!

I use to run them on my car with Koni Yellows. They were a nice spring that wasnt to rough, but when pushed would work very well. But they just werent as stiff as I wanted and have changed to Ground Control.
