i want to stroke or what other cranks can i use i plan on running 15.1 compression pistons need help please

For all F and H series engines:

prior to 98, 90-97 as far as I know cranks are all 50 mm mains, 98-01 (F23A1) are 55 mm mains so to answer that no wont work... unless you have a 98-01 block to put it in.

you can make it fit but you would need to machine the tunnel bores out precisely while maintaining the crankshaft centreline...with that type of compression i wouldnt stroke it too much the f22 crank should be fine for your power needs but to each their own

Have you already decided on the bore? If I were you I'd just run an 87mm F23 block, crank, rods.

That would be the cheapest route.
