Default headgasket problem

ok i rebuilt my ls. head was ported n polished, and resurfaced. the block was cleaned resurfaced and honed. it has pr3 pistons, acl bearings, new water pump and oil pump. i re did the motor because it had bad rings. well the motor is together and in the car. it has a new head gasket and arp headstuds. now the problem is when i start the car it starts to blow water out the exhaust and smokes white smoke when i start to drive it. the head was torque down to spec.
what do you think it is, ive been trying to get it running right for a while now.

well i found out it was the head gasket.
the arp instructions say 70ft lbs with moly lube or 85 ft lbs with 30wt oil. also it says due to expansion rate of aluminum it is recommended that the torque should be 65ft lbs with the moly lube. so what do i torque it to?

If you are going to use the moly, I would do it inbetween 70 and 65, just incase either way. If you are just gonna use oil, torque it to 80

i say re torque it to 85 and do it every once in awhile. when the temp of the engine changed the aluminum expands and contracts. and im sure it does it just enough for water to squeak by.
