Cant find where the vacuum line goes, and also does the breather box on the back of the car need to be hooked up?

Yes the breather box should be hooked up. It goes to the front of the main chamber on the intake mani :

Here is where that coolant line goes to. It is NOT a vaccum line. You need it to be hookedup or you will be spilling out coolant.

ok, so if that goes directly from the thermostat, where does the line on top of the intake go next to the 4cylinder runner? Sorry guys I just swapped in a d15b with a y8 head in place of my d16a6.

It's always a bit of a mess with those lines. Some intake manifolds fave 2 and some have 3 hose fittings next to #4 runner.
First of all, hawk5 in SlipGear's case there is NO such valve there, so if he leaves the whole TB and IACV system disconnected, he will have NO problems, as dem0nk1d suggested.
SlipGear, the line that you pointed out should be connected to the smaller coolant line next to the #4 runner, but you really don't need coolant going trough the TB and IACV.
just make sure there are no open coolant lines around the thermostat and the #4 runner.

p.s. gourley, you're the first person i see using my photos off psytronix.org cool
