Default gsr swap HELP

just got done with the swap but the motor doesnt idle. i am using a 97 civic ex engine harness. the motor is a 98 gsr ob2 and right now it is in a 97 civic hatch. havent done any compression test yet but turned the car on and it runs for a second and then turns off. check timing and timing was way off but set it back to were it is supposed to be.

also if i put my foot on the gas just a little and turn it on the motor runs okay. but if i hold the rpm right around 1500 the rpm drops and goes back up. anyone?

well one is a heater circuit for the primary o2 which was fixed and the ones like the p1508 is IACV malfunction, p0453 is EVP circuit high input and the last p0450 is EVP malfunction. so i tried to clean the IACV and check the connection from the ecu pin and the connector itself and their in continuity. so i dont know where to go from now? any help?

yup look at the wiring diagram and everything looks good. i think it might be the ecu itself? checked for continuity between the pin and connector everything is fine. but when we turn the car on and look for voltage at the connector with the DMM i see no voltage.
