Default B18 head on B16?

I have a B16 longblock that runs perfect with low miles and I also have a B18C1 head with multi angle-valve job and porting. Would you guys reccomend putting the B18 head on my B16 block? or should I look for some other block? Would it be benificial to put it on the b16 block, or would it do more harm than good?

Thanks a lot!

i put a cleaned up gsr head on a gen1 b16 stock bottom end with a smashed header and it made 157 on whitfields dyno a few years ago. its just a high compression b16. if you have em sitting there i say why not.
