Default IAuto to manual + Engine swap?

I just bought an Auto CRX DX from my friend, with the hot loaded D15b2. Im in the process of auto to manual swap(not really,I swapped the pedal cluster,so its an auto with clutch pedal) but before I do a tranny swap...I was wondering if I could swap in B16 or ZC while doing the swap? I would think you could. Ive read the auto to manual in forums...it seems if I did that with the b16 or zc transmission and ecu, it would be the same thing right? Please dont hate on me

search and read the FAQ

what's a hot loaded d15b2?

yes, you can swap a b16 or zc in there. It's been done a million times, search the FAQ. Since your car is DPFI, you'll need to convert to MPFI for a b16 or zc swap. If you get your engine from an importer, they usually send the tranny and ECU with the motor.

haha what I mean is I got the crappy d15. and the question was if I could do the tranny swap to manual while swapping the engine to b16 or zc. Thanks for the help kinda sorta. I mean it makes sense that I could do it,just making sure.

umk...now the thing I wanna do first though is kinda get a DX or SI tranny for it and swap that in first. Just so I can get use to driving stick(I can drive it,but Im not use to doing it,its been like 2 years),so I need find a tranny first. Then after I get used to driving, ill get an engine swap

ok research first because if you want to swap a B16 engine, you cant use an SI tranny..... However with the ZC you can
