Nice to finally see it. At least I know where my $42 went.

Is it just me, or does your ignition timing look a little retarded?

Is that a dent in one of your runners on the header? (#2?)

What intake is that, I was looking for that thing after seeing it on the Jun EK4.

Not the ARC, but the shielded filter...who makes it, how much and where to buy.

Thanks.

yea the timing is a lil off, still working out some kinks while breaking it in

no dent on the runners, must be the angle of the shot....it better not be since that is a 2 day old toduhhh powahh manifold

that is a M's hyperfilter charger. its probably just about the most expensive filter you can get, but it sure works damn good should feel even better after i run the piping from the cone to the front bumper for RAM air

LOL, I would not be surprised if Leo dented his new header

Better clamp that bling-bling M's intake onto the ARC chamber, otherwise it WILL shake itself loose (I speak from experience)

LOL, heck yeah it's expensive. I dropped by K&N engineering the other week and asked about the one w/ the carbon fiber shroud for the EK9 (FilterRam charger I think). The head honcho at the R&D dept. response was very negative. He asked, "Would you pay $1000 just for a filter & cover?!" and shook his head in dissapointment

BTW, K&N Japan is totally independent of K&N America. They (Gruppe M) bought a license to use the K&N Logo & filters. They have very little to do with each other in terms of product development, pricing, distribution, etc.

thank you for all the comments makes me feel a lil better for waiting so damn long for it to get done

shane i actually had another bracket welded onto the M's filter because the original bracket was too small to fit onto the ARC chamber so now its a perfect snug fit, no movement even without clamps. i'm going back to weld on a hanger so it holds in place nice and straight and some custom brackets for my full row radiator

engine bay is about 75% done at the moment, and imagine this is only my motor to get thru this year
