I was thinking about piecing together a turbo kit with some misc parts from ebay. But using reputable parts for things such as the waste gate, and BOV. Any thought/experience?

 

Dont do it. Ebay sells a lot of knock off WGs and BOVs

 

I was planning on using a TiAL BOV, and waste gate. I remember reading the diaphragms are **** on the ebay stuff. But I was thinking for the most part a pipe is a pipe. and a inner cooler should be all right as long as the thickness and witch are matched for the boost I want to run.

I have always been a all motor guy, so I'm still trying to learn turbos.

 

yeah ebay turbo stuff is junk, just go big with a name brand kit, your going to have the same amount into pieceing a kit together as you would with the name brand kit pluss you have a honda, give it the best.
