ef swap wireing help with d16y7/y8 mini me

oke i need some crazy help i want to swap a d16y7/y8 mini me in my 91 civic 4dr dx i was wondering eney one got a good diagram to go from obd0 to obd2a i looked all over and only found obd0 to obd1 not many people do obd2 but i got all i need for the obd2 swap and just need wireing help i want to know if i should re wire my ecu fromn scratch or use a obd1 jumper and then jump it to obd2a i got both jumper harnesses made only problem is that the obd2a dosent have a seconedary o2 is it needed yess or no and also eney one got a plug diagram on what plugs i pin to what pins in the ecu or the are thay all mostly got ground wires going to them i want to be able to take the can and get it smoged and pass ontario emissions after i do the swap so i want all the emissions stuff installed what do u need to do to prep my engine bay thanks guys
Im not sure the exact laws about smog in ontario however in CAlifornia the engine using all smog devices which are stock must still be used basically you must use the obd2 ecu and have the diagnostic connector Your car will have to pass smog for the year of the vehicle the engine came out of.
As far as the o2 sensor. Yes, you must have this also. You will throw a check engine light which will cause you to fail smog.
To actually prepare the vehicle to pass smog for obd2 in a 91 honda will not be an easy task be prepared to go the extra mile. You will probably save money and time by selling your stufff and swapping to obd1 instead.

is there a way that i can convert the motor to obd1 what will i need and will it pass or should i make it obd2 also how to a wire the scan adapter in eney one got a diagram i was thinking of geting a scan tool and wire the entire motor to the ecu
i also got a obd2 ecu its a p2p ecu for abd2a i had a buddy that had the motor swaped but it was a bad wire job it still ran but my goal is for my to get it wired up with out a single code lol i know lot of work for nothing but i got my efs acid diped and got it done free and its alll painted and i want to put a motor i got for cheep with 40k on it and the motor was a freebe to lol so i want to make it all legit wireing and all safty crap then after its wired and code free im going to add mods

Usually they run the engine #s and know where the engine came from therefore you cannot convert an obd2 to an obd1 legally.
Im telling you, its probably not worth the hassle.
