Default Need help with skunk 2 pro s

These are going on a 92 da gsr
The directs say i should cut the bump sto 1 -1.5 in in hieght but then in small print say if you cut it voids the warrenty so should i cut them here is a pic of how they are now. The bump stop will slide all the way down but the washer will not. Should the bump stop go all the way down or no? and what do you do with the allen key part where the top lock nut goes do i need to adjust thatwhen installing?

Just looking for some guidance

it depends on how low you want to go, if your going to drop your ride any lower than 2inchs i'd cut the bump stops in half.
