honestly, when i started out i wasn't even going to put an intake on it...

ok, so i've been reading that i can put k20 pistons in the f23 block i have: great! to make things harder on myself i won't be using the f23 head. instead i'll put an f22 head in it's place.

what i'm getting at is dome-valve clearance. i don't want too much comp. and i don't want bent valves. i'd like to know about these pistons if anyone has anything to say about them. i think this could make for a pretty slick motor if it all fits.

so you used the RSX pistons on the f23 rods with an f22 head...

ever get a rough figure for your comp. ratio?

 

would an h22 head werk on the f22 block with those (k20) pistons???

 

yes it has been done several times. F22A head is better tho.

 

what is it the chamber or the ports or the price.... why is it better?

 

bisi claims that it's better for some reason, maybe port geometry. There's some people you just listen to. IMO if bisi says it's better, it's better.

 

if it has been done can anyone give info on power or times???

that's the only one I've seen a dyno for, and I've looked around a quite a bit.

so far this is only a plan. i don't have the pistons or the head yet. i do plan on doing a detailed write up when i start making progress, so keep an eye out for it
