The Reason why im leaving H-T
I havent been writing much for the past 2 months or so, and ive decided to leave all other forums except for the Motorcycle Forum.
Ive done my own share of posting, and it was cool talking to all of the people in the Motorcycle forum, and sharing ideas, etc. But most of the other forums was all about flaming... Just didnt fit me. Its cool to have differnt ideas, but once people start flaming, and giving no respect to others, it became a mess.... The one event that caught me was a member known as Cobra, or Drew now and his attitude with what I believe is fun. I understand he does alot of Track racing (Which I also do too with my motorcycles), but for some reason he had something big againts "Drifting". (Which i explained clearly is just for fun, not about speed or going through corners as fast as possible or anything)
It was cool until he came to the point on making fun of Japanese Racers. I explained to him how lots of the Japanese racers do "Drifting" one time or another. He asked for some known Racers that race outside of Japan, so I brought up some names. then the flaming (more like dissing the racers) started. Thats when I noticed how this place was full of haters (not all, but lots of the people)
Some people might think "Why are you posting it in the motorcycle forum?" but thats because Id rather not want all the people in the other forums to read it. Just wanted to share my opinion on how most of the people have NO respect to what others think. Sure, its ok to say "thats wrong", or "i dont think so" or whatever, but once people start goin "WTF r u talking about?" or somewhere on that line, I have nothing to say anymore
So, bye to all the other forums
No more posting for me

i totally agree on the amount of haters, its getting pretty bad, but i have learned to just ignore it. im glad you arent completely leaving H-T and you will still be here with us in the motorcycles forum
One thing that you also gotta remember and consider is that this is a public domain. I know that ppl always have something to say about someone or something else, but that's just them. If there isn't anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Not against you or anyone else. I too found, in the short time here, that ppl have a thing against 'riced' out and non-JDM style look, only some...which stops me from posting a pix of my car. Not that my car looks spacey or like a spaceship, it's all fine and dandy. I don't hate, I appreciate most things that everyone is getting into. Stick around, sometimes ppl flaming could be fun, but only to a certain extent.
I know on my motorcycle board, if too much flaming is going on....then the moderators come in. We also have a bit of maturity that everyone that signs up understands. Good luck in all of this. Hope I don't get flamed for it. Just my .02

Some people feel the need to express how much they don't like something. Others just like to cause problems. Do your best to discuss it in a civilized manner. When the name calling starts just ignore it, it's just a waste of your time.

I personally hate ricers. There are a few people that like imports that care more about going fast thn looking fast, and the ricers that have a punk-bitch attittude and act like their cars are superior, with a special place in their hate for domestics that driv around with their big wings and sticker trying to race everyone, doing thir flyby's after they are raped and think that stickers and wings arehwat makes a car great make those few look bad.
Sorry, got a little carried away there.
My main problem with this board is there are too many people. Your topic can end up on page 2 or 3 in just 1 day. It's really useless trying to fin somethign out with so many people posting.
