suspension

So I went to the local lkq and I got a full set of neuspeed race springs off an da integra.

What I want to know if those will be better than my gay *** coilovers that I got on the car now?

personally, I like the adjustable ones. I can change height from stock to low or high.

Yeah but the springs suck they are all bouncy and I have new kyb agx

I have adjustable ones with dampers to dampen out the bouncy thing that annoys me. I also installed spacers to add height clearance
