Make sure you dont have your MAP and TPS plugs switched around. This happens a lot. Do you have your IAT plugged in and functional? A lot of people ask about why their car is running like ****....and they leave out the part about "I have my IAT sitting on my desk...it's broken".

MAP, IAT, and TPS are a majority of what control fuel curve in a speed/density system. You need those 3 sensors AT LEAST.

-get a wiring diagram
-make sure your TPS and MAP are plugged into the right connector
-make sure MAP, TPS, and IAT are present and fully functional.

all 3 of those sensors are plugged in it revs quick as **** and its not in limp mode the only code that im throwing is for the o2 i changed out the ecu earlier and it still didnt rev out it doesnt make any sense to me if the map or tps was switched around it wouldnt revout past like 3.5k and if it was in limp mode it would only rev to like 3k i believe

Is the speed sensor plugged in? Does the speedo work properly?
