anyone know if they r worth the money? and do they really help out ur engine alot?

if you want a real upgrade add motor mount inserts, or fill with polyurethane. they will do the job much more effectively than those little dampers. this is all my opinion and I've never used one of those dampers but because of the above I never felt I needed to
