whining noise from front speakers
So yesterday after messing with my sub woofer for a while my battery died. After getting it jumped I now have a whining noise in my front speakers, and the noise gets louder when I accelerate, and quieter when I decellerate. I know it's the fronts because when I unplug them from the amp I don't have the sound. Also when I turn the head unit off there is no whining sound, even when the fronts are plugged in. The front speakers consist of two tweeters, and two 5" speakers in the door.
The fronts are plugged into a Phoenix Gold dual channel amp. Any help is appreciated. I just want my good quality sound back
Is it possibly my battery or alternator? I didn't touch any of the wiring on my amps or speakers. Only the wires to my subwoofer.

How was the "boost/jump" done?
If proper "boosting" is not performed, damage can occur, sounds like that is what has happened, if you did not have the noise before the boost.
All I can suggest at this point is to check all the grounds.
