Hi my doorhandle on the outside of my 86' prelude broke off. Does anyone have any good ideas on how I can fix this without breaking the bank?

Ok I gotta add 1 more thing while I'm here........ There is also a light on my dash that says PGMFI. I have a Shop manual for this car and it is useful for alot of things but it dosent say what PGMFI is all about. Im guessing its some sort of check engine light. Thx for the help people.
