Default VX throwing codes 9 and 48

So I did the jumper wire thing to get my CEL code. It flashes 9-short / 4-long / 8-short. So I gues that is a 9 an a 48. Is that right?

If so, that would be "Cylinder sensor" (code 9), and "LAF- Lean Air Fuel Sensor" (code 48)

I believe the LAF is referring to the 5-wire O2 sensor. But I just replaced that.

I don't know what the cylinder sensor is. Are these two codes both related to the same issue or are they separate?

Cyl. Sensor works in relation with the tdc sensor. The crank sensor determines timing for fuel injection and ignition of each cylinder.
