Turn rotor on 91 accord?
you could turn it as long as you have enough thickness left on the rotor.
You could have the rotors turned to save money on buying new rotors but it requires the car to go into a shop for this so you may not save money. Or you could buy new rotors and do the job yourself which can be a real PITA but it depends. There is a write-up in the FAQ on how to replace the front rotors on these cars.

Thank you for replying. Why do I have to take it to the shop if I can get it out with all the tools I have and take it to O'rally for $8.00/rotor turn. I know it bolt on the bearing housing. Can they turn with the bearing housing on it or do I have to desperate from the bearing housing?
the rotor bolts to the hub which is pressed into the bearing. If the rotor can be turned like other rotors you would then have to remove that assembly from the knuckle and then unbolt the rotor from the hub and slide it past the bearing.
If you go through the trouble of taking it all apart I would just replace the rotor.

My experience has been turned rotors do not last as long as new rotors, and with rotors being fairly cheap for these cars, I would just replace them.
This is especially true for the pressed rotors, which are a PITA as said earlier. I had to take it in last time for a brake job, but I'm going to try it myself again, hopefully with more luck.

I just ordered a new one along with brake pad. I just got OEM. I'm not looking for high price high performance part. I use this vehicle for daily commute only.
Thank you guys. I will you know how it goes.

cant go wrong with OEM
But just a FYI, the Brembo blanks aren't a "high price high performance part". The Brembo name may lead you to think that but these are just very good stock replacement rotors.

Agreed. The Brembo blanks aren't high priced. They cost a little more than the cheap rotors, but they last longer and won't warp as fast. Turning rotors is pretty much worthless IMO. Turned rotors don't last that long after you turn them, and rotors for our cars are insanely cheap, so you might as well just put new ones on.
