Since the rules have been posted we need an official car count on who will be coming.

A small deposit will be required before you can be counted in the official car count. This way we have a firm number on what the payouts are going to be and who is really coming. Remember this is a progressive payout race so the more people that come the higher the payout is going to be.

When you make your deposit it also allows you to choose your pit parking in the same order you preregistered. We will be grouping the classes in order of car needs and you will have preference in the class you will be racing in.

Also you may prepay for your tech card if you choose to do so you will get half off on your tech cads as well.

If a rain out happens, the new race date will be in November after the race season has ended. All tickets and entries will remain good for the new date.

Do we note whether we are racing bracket or heads up when we register?

If someone initially registers for the 10 second heads up class, can he/she change that class to the 9 or 11 second heads up class at a later date?

The cut off for getting in the race is May 15th 2008.

Yes you will need to let us know in an email what class you intend on running.
We will also allow you to move classes (heads up) if you choose to do so but you can only move up (10sec moving to 9sec) to another class or over to the bracket class. All this must be done before the final round of Q. When you change classes you must also pay the difference.

 

This may of been answered before, but what is the price to race, tech card, to watch? Also what is the deposit and will you have a map of the track to pick the pits?

Yes we will have maps for the pits.

The spectator entry fee will be 20.00 and 5.00 of that going to Children's Hospital. We also plan on offering discounts for families.

I hate to ask but where is this race? It says Bama but is that Bama drag way or some other race track in Alabama?
