The axle had popped out and slammed against the outer casing of the tranny knocking a hole in it and missing up the counter shaft and fourth gear. I since then found a outer casing, replaced the counter shaft along with the fourth gear and tried to put everything together. Since I didn't know anything about trannies, I had everything to tight when putting it together due to the shims. So I took everything apart again and the top bearing got stuck in the case. So as it is now, needs a new top bearing and to be all placed in the new case I bought. So basically, take the bottom part of the type r tranny with all the gears and diff and have it all placed in the good LS tranny case that I bought.
