Default H22 valve springs and B series compariable?

I hope this is the right section. My buddy got a free set of brand new rocket motorsports valve springs and he doesn't need them, so he said i can have them if the B series valve springs can be used on the H22?

Not the spring but the retainers can be ran in the H heads.

For the H22, Skunk2 sells a seat that accepts a B-series valvespring and retainer.

You series with what cams? I tried the Crower Springs and they had to be pushed down on the seats and I didn't want to have an issue with that.
