i need help with tie bar

i have a megan rear lower tie bar for a 96-00 civic and i want to put it on my EG hatch. do you guys think it'll it my year? or does it fit any year?

look it up on other websites and see how they sell it. ebay would be the best for grouping parts. it would either say 96-00 or 92-95 or 92-00
