Default Torque Specs on 2006 EX R18 MTF change

I read the DIY article on the Si MTF change and I'm about ready to change the fluid on my r18 not K20a civic's manual tranny. I'm planning on using AMSOIL MTF syncromesh. but can someone please look up the torque specs on the drain and fill bolt? Thanks!
PS. After stripping out an oil pan bolt earlier in life, I'm now OCD about torque specs lol!
