Lets see here. I'll use stock Si wheels (same as gsr or itr/ctr wheels) for comparison since I know they DEFINATELY fit. Stock Si wheels are 15X6 +45. This means you have 4.77'' of wheel going INTO the fender, and 1.67'' of wheel extruding from the hub.

You usually have about 1-1.5'' of clearance for the fender lip....dont know how much for the inner fender.

The 8'' wide wheel with a +50, in comparison will have 5.96'' of wheel INSIDE the fender, and 2.04'' of wheel sticking out.

So, you need an additional 1.19'' on the inside and .37'' on the outside for the 8'' wide +50 offset wheels to fit.

Get out some measuring tape. If you meausure around 1.25'' from the stock wheel/tire combo to the inside fender, you're cutting it REAL close, and I would not recommend it. You will have to consider camber curve as the suspension goes thru it's bump cycle. If you can measure about .50'' or more from the front of the stock tire to the outside fender lip (roll it if you need to), you should be more than safe. The wheel will travel INBOARD as it compresses due to camber curves.

Hope it helped.
