well I have started my first project car and I'm at a stand still on what components to use in my all motor z6 setup that will be going in a 1990 crx. This my list so far: skunk2 or crower stage 2 cam, skunk2 or crower valvesprings and retainers, skunk2 or ferrea valves, inline4 bronze valve giudes, arp head studs, poted and polished, valve job, thicker head gasket, dc sports header, skunk2 or blox intake manifold port matched, port matched throttle body, 2.25 inch ehaust to a ws2 or skunk 2 muffler. This car will be a autocross/ drag / weekend mountain cruiser. what kind of performance am I lookin @ with this set up. Any suggestion are appreciated.

Why do you want to go with a thicker head gasket?

 

Go for a better header!

 

low compression na build ftl

 

dc headers blow...get a better one

 

with stock pistons and the bigger head gasket, your looking at a turbo build, not an NA build.
