Whats wrong with my civic?
I have a 97 coupe with a b18c, I just recently got a jumper harness to convert back to obd2 because I got a chipped p73. Now i have CEL which turns off when I try and read it.
Plus when I turn the rear defrost or the cruise
on the car idles lower and once I give gas the car lags then revs up.
Any idea of whats going on?

id say it that knock off jumper harness you got lol j/k but for real, try putting it back the way you had it, and go from there good luck
