Default Camshaft upgrade on stock bottom end

What cams would best fit my stock bottom end H22a4 im getting vlaves springs and retainers, i was wondering wther or not stage 2 cams are worth it or pointless with a stock bottom end? and whats the best brand out there, skunk2, crower, blox ?

you can run stage 2 cams if you manage to get your compression to 11:1 or higher, by shaving the head, or trying different head gasket or flat faced valves. If not you will make more power on stage 1s.

i just had my head dropped off and talked to a professional enigne builder he told me that what ever cams i get i need to make sure that the valve springs work with them becuase if i dont they will eat up my cams due to having to stiff of springs
