Default please help.the backup battery for my radio and clock is dead.

hi everyone, i have a 97 accord.
there was one time i disconnect the cable connected to the clock which located directly above my radio. and i was trying to pull my radio out, but it didn't work.
After that, i found out my clock couldn't store the time anymore, and my radio could not store stations anymore, but they both work.
Can anyone pleased help me to figure out what is going on and how to fix it?
THnak you so much!
