Default axle fitment question

so im planning on a GSR swap and want to go with an ITR LSD transmission. correct me if im wrong but it is my understanding that the itr trans holds 36mm axles while stock eg hubs only accept 32mm axles.

my question if this is true will a standard gsr set of axles work with the ITR trans?

also any reputtable recommendations for good quality axles would be appreciated.
