so i bought a car but it didnt come with a deck. the seller gave me a kenwood kdc-mp225 without the harness . where can i get the pinout for the harness so i can soilder wires directly to the pins. TIA guys.

 

Probably be easier to buy a harness on eBay for a few dollars, but I'm sure you can get a diagram on Kenwood's web site.

 

I would look for the harness, you can usually find them for pretty cheap.

yeah i seachor the harness and they are a couple of bucks.. but the cat is a 81 starlet and only has one speaker in the center of the dash.. so i only need to soilder a few wires not the entire thing

 

As a safety issue I would still get the connector. And you might wanna add some speakers to that car, mono sucks. The pin outs should be in the instruction manual though.
