crx and civic cluster are they the same?

are they the same or different? i searched and i know they are plug and play between 88-89 and 90-91 but are they they the SAME exact cluster is what i am trying to find out.

no they are not the same. The entire cluster design is way off. One has a big light for seat belt light other is small. ETC
